Coconut/ Vanilla Bean Frosting - Vanilla bean buttercream with real coconut flakes mixed in
Whipped Lemon Buttercream - Not just flavored with lemon, but made using both a buttercream and a lemon glaze resulting in a tangy, light, fluffy buttercream with a whipped textured when used on a cake.
Swiss Meringue Buttercream
Italian Meringue Buttercream
French Buttercream - These are all very similar, more buttery and less sweet than traditional buttercream, and also is glossier in appearance.
Chocolate Ganache- Poured over the cake and hardens into a glossy coat of chocolate.
White Chocolate Ganache
Fondant - Can be used for accent decorations on buttercream, as well as to frost
